Bio
Emily Parsons is a student at Wittenberg University with an interest in Sociology, Psychology, and English. She is interested in studying Social Work in the future. She plans to use her experience in community service to help guide her through learning how to help others more thoroughly. She has experienced helping elderly, children, and animals throughout community service with the Herzler House and with babysitting and dog sitting.
Emily graduated from Greenon High School with Honors. She was a member of Spanish Honor Society, Tri-M Honor Society, and National Honor Society. Emily was highly involved in band from fifth grade in concert band until her senior year when she was in marching band, symphonic band, pep band, and the winter guard. Her senior year she was the section leader for the clarinets. Emily has continued her academic achievements while at Wittenberg by being inducted in the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.
When Emily is not working on her academics, she spends most of her time with her boyfriend going to Yellow Springs and watching Netflix. She also enjoys spending time petting cats and her dog, Roscoe.
